REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

Registration

• Participation in scientific activities, program, participation certificate is included in registration prices.
• VAT is not included in the registration prices. VAT rate is 20%.

Courses

• It is mandatory to register for the congress for the course registration.
• There is a capasity of 20 for each course
• VAT is not included in the registration prices. VAT rate is 20%.

Payment of Registration Fees

• Registration fees can be sent to the bank bank on the website or can be paid by credit
• Topkon Congress and Event Services by e-mail the registration payment receipt for the Topkon Congress and Event Services meeting registration. ( Email: dermatogastroromato2025@topkon.com )

Accommodation

• VAT 10% should be added to the accommodation fees.
• Accommodation prices are for 2 nights and include May 16, 2025 check-in, May 18, 2025 check-out and included bed-breakfast.
• Accommadation tax 2% is included.
• Topkon Congress Services reserves its right to reflect possible tax, fees, charging changes on prices.

Payment of Registration and Accommodation Fees

• Registration and accommodation fees can be sent to the bank bank on the website or can be paid by credit card.
• Topkon Symposium and Event Services by fax or e-mail the registration and accommodation payment receipt for the Topkon Symposium and Event Services meeting registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to Topkon Tourism.
For cancellations of registration and accommodation;

- Made until April 01, 2025, will be refunded as 50 %.
- Made after April01, 2025, no refunds will be granted.

TRANSPORTATION

• The transfer fees are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT ratio is 20 %.
• Transfer requests must be submitted to the congress organisation at least 15 days in advance in writing.
